Definition of purposes and priorities
We align the assessment with your business objectives, team structure, and operational realities.
Building Biology · Workplace Wellness
The physical environment of your company directly influences productivity, stress levels, focus, health, motivation, and the quality of life of everyone who works inside it.
This is not a wellness trend. It is building biology — the science of how the built environment interacts with human biology. And it has measurable consequences for your business.
Factors such as indoor air quality, lighting, electromagnetic fields, acoustics, and the psychological design of a space directly affect the human organism. When these factors are in balance, people can express their full potential. When they are out of balance, the result is people who are less efficient, less focused, more stressed, more scattered, less healthy — and less productive.
The question is not whether your environment affects your team. It does, continuously. The question is whether you know what it is doing.

The process
Using the science of building biology, a Healthy Building Certificate assessment diagnoses the physical conditions of your space and recommends targeted interventions that will improve the health and wellbeing of your team.
We align the assessment with your business objectives, team structure, and operational realities.
Measuring wellness parameters with calibrated instrumentation and trained observation.
Our technical team interprets the findings against building biology criteria and workplace health research.
A clear, prioritized report with expert opinions and practical improvement pathways.
We support the step-by-step execution of targeted interventions tailored to your space and budget.
A healthier environment that supports focus, recovery, collaboration, and sustainable performance.
Diagnostics
Through an initial consultation with the client, a full spatial reading, photography, and calibrated instrumentation, we generate a complete data set for your space.
Instruments used include Geiger counters, gaussmeters, electric field meters, microwave meters, lux meters, and decibel meters, alongside qualitative spatial analysis.
Qualitative spatial analysis of layout, materials, lighting, and environmental stressors.
Visual evidence of conditions, configuration, and opportunities for improvement.
Geiger counters, gaussmeters, electric field meters, microwave meters, lux meters, and decibel meters.
Data is sent to our technical team, who generate solutions to improve quality of life through the environment.
Interventions
Depending on what the assessment finds, interventions may include:
Introduction of live plants into the workspace to support air quality and biophilia.
Strategic repositioning of people, functions, and equipment for better flow and less exposure.
Material and finish choices that reduce chemical load and improve visual comfort.
Grounding, stray voltage, and dirty electricity remediation where relevant.
Targeted shielding solutions for high-exposure zones or sensitive individuals.
